Located at Amphoe Phana, 40 kilometres from Amnat Charoen city, the park acquires 260 rais area of mixed deciduous forest. The park is home to various wildlife particularly crab-eating macaques, plenty of which can be easily spotted.

Don Chao Pu Botanical Park, situated about 40 kms. away from town, covers an area of 80 rai. Wildlife, partucularly lots of monkeys are seen here. The park houses a holy shrine of the Pu Ta spirits (spirits of the huters Tee and Thong), images of Buddha in the attitude of Birth, enlightenment, death and first sermon.
