Located close to Khlong Yang canal and 1.5 kilometres southeast of Namo
gate, this temple is believed to be the one mentioned in the stone inscription of Wat
Asokaram as Wat Thaksinaram. According to this inscription, this temple was
built by Phra Maha Thepi Si Chulalak, who dedicated it to Venerable Phra Maha Wan Ratana Thera.
Its main lotus bud chedi is now in ruins.
This is situated nearby Wat Asokaram. The main sanctuary is the brick lotus-bud shape chedi.
